Schoolhouse Village Brick Campaign – New Development Gives Back to Kennesaw

As the progression of Downtown Kennesaw continues, local developers have found a way to give back as they move forward.

SchoolHouse Village is a mixed-use development that will transform downtown Kennesaw and be a central gathering venue for this vibrant community. This walkable environment will be populated with a brewery, eateries and bistros, outdoor gathering places, event venues, luxury residences, retail boutiques, and premium office space. View the animated rendering of what’s to come below:

Tying in with the deep historical roots, SchoolHouse Village will blend old and new seamlessly. In doing so, part of the original Kennesaw School will be taken down. In an effort to preserve both history and the future, a limited number of bricks from the original school will be available as commemorative collectables. With a minimum donation of $20, you will have a piece of Kennesaw history. Further your donation is tax deductible and will go directly to the Swift-Cantrell Park Foundation. You will help build the next phase of an inclusive, all-access playground at Swift-Cantrell Park. Donors will get a tax receipt as well as a certificate. The certificate can be redeemed at a date and time to be announced. Donations can be made payable through the Swift-Cantrell Foundation by clicking the button below:

The Swift-Cantrell Park Foundation, a 501-C3 corporation formed in 2011, is comprised of a team of dedicated and community-minded individuals donating their time and talents to benefit Kennesaw’s Swift-Cantrell Park. The Foundation works to create awareness about the park’s needs and raise funds for park enhancements not funded by other means.
