Kennesaw Parks & Recreation is offering a series of free outdoor workouts at Swift-Cantrell Park in support of its Fit City initiative aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles.
Workouts will led by professional instructors. The schedule is as follows:

|Sat, May 30||Mat Pilates and Stretches with Carolyn Shelburne|
|Sat, June 6||Cardio Karate with Phil Robinson|
|Sat, June 13||Tabata Circuit with Cece Evans|
|Sat, June 27||REFIT with Janelle Speck|
Workouts will begin at 9 a.m. near the main plaza, and last about one hour. All ages are welcome, however children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, athletic shoes and sunscreen, and bring an exercise mat, towel, water bottle or sports drink to keep hydrated.
Cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
