Swift Cantrell Park Playground Slides - iranwatson.comSwift-Cantrell Park is fully funded by the City of Kennesaw, though a large percentage of the Park’s patrons do not live inside the city limits. The Swift-Cantrell Foundation was formed to assist the City of Kennesaw in raising funds for the Park’s Capital Improvements so the Masterplan can be achieved without putting the financial responsibility on the city taxpayer.

Improvements made in part by the Swift-Cantrell Park Foundation include the Splash Pad, shade structures at the skatepark and playground area, and the all new inclusive playground.

Visited by over 600,000 people each year, Swift-Cantrell Park is one of the most popular parks in Cobb County, providing locals with opportunities to play, picnic, exercise, skate, walk the dog, watch movies, walk/run the trails, and enjoy the outdoors. The Swift-Cantrell Park Foundation, a 501-C3 corporation formed in 2011, is comprised of a team of dedicated and community-minded individuals donating their time and talents to benefit Kennesaw’s Swift-Cantrell Park. The Foundation works to create awareness about the park’s needs and raise funds for park enhancements not funded by other means.
